- Patients should avoid overexposure to heat and sunlight.
- After 24 hours, the patient must massage the area every 4 hours as indicated by the doctor in the consultation.
- The patient will be able to put on makeup 6 hours after the treatment.
- Physical activity is not recommended 24 to 48 hours after the procedure
- Apply sunscreen to the area.
- If the area is very inflamed, local cold can be applied.
- Remove makeup and cleanse gently without drying.
The first 2 weeks, as the gel carrying calcium hydroxyapatite is reabsorbed, the effect decreases a little. On the other hand, from the 5th or 6th week you begin to notice the effects of the production of new collagen and it lasts for around 18 months.
At Brassia IPS the session lasts about an hour.
It is necessary to evaluate the patient, indicating in which areas the application is required and if it will require one or more sessions. Generally, 1 to 3 Radiesse sessions are required annually, depending on the extent of the area to be treated.
