Rhinomodeling is a non-surgical treatment that allows you to modify the appearance of the nasal dorsum. At BRASSIA IPS, we perform conventional rhinomodeling and also dual rhinomodeling, the latter is also performed with hyaluronic acid. , but unlike the conventional one, this one uses tension threads to achieve a straight profile and even allows you to elevate and reposition the tip of the nose, which gives you a more harmonious and delicate face.

Our treatment produces two types of results:
- In the nasal tip the changes can be long-term, since a repositioning and adhesion of the tissue is done by performing a suture effect with tension threads.
- On the nasal dorsum or hump, they depend on the duration of the hyaluronic acid since this can vary according to the metabolism of each person.
- The effect of the procedure can last between 12 months, the consumption of Collagen is recommended for a longer duration of the procedure.
- Hyaluronic Acid and tension threads are compatible with the body and are not carcinogenic products.
Assessment is required to determine if you are a candidate for treatment, since it does not correct functional defects or deviations of the nasal septum, and to adequately specify your expectations.
It is not suitable for people who have a very prominent and very marked nose support or bridge, since the rhinomodeling technique does not allow repair of the bone base. To do this, we recommend opting for surgery.
- It is totally normal for you to feel local discomfort such as a pulling sensation or a slight redness, this may occur after the application of the treatment.
- You should not do any strong physical activity for 10 days.
- In the following week after the procedure, you can start with gentle exercises. Avoid impact exercises for 1 month.
- Avoid very hot environments on the day of treatment, and apply cold to the treated area on the day of the session in case of pain.
- Remember to attend the review appointment in a timely manner, since if it has not yet taken place a month after the application of the treatment, Brassia IPS assumes that the result was satisfactory and any subsequent appointment will be considered a re-evaluation.
- It is not recommended to use glasses for the first 48 hours. If the patient uses permanent glasses, they should take this recommendation into account.
